Our minimum order depends on the product category and destination. Typically we work with pallet-level orders (from 1 pallet). For container shipments (FCL), the minimum is one 20ft container. For smaller volumes we offer LCL (Less than Container Load) consolidation options. Contact us with your specific requirements and we'll find the best solution.

You can request a tailored price list by filling out the contact form on our website or emailing us directly at sales@primespirits.eu. Please include your company name, country of destination, and product categories you are interested in. We typically respond within one business day.

Yes. We have an extensive sourcing network and can locate specific brands or products on request. If a product is available on the European or international market, we can usually procure it for you. Send us your request with product details and desired volumes.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (T/T) — our primary payment method
• Letter of Credit (L/C) — for large-volume orders
• Prepayment — for first-time orders

For established partners, we may offer flexible payment terms on a case-by-case basis. All payments are processed through our account at AS Swedbank (Latvia).

Standard terms for new clients are 100% prepayment before shipment. For recurring partners with an established track record, we offer flexible terms including partial prepayment or net 30 arrangements. Terms are discussed individually depending on order volume and partnership history.

Our primary currency is EUR. We can also issue invoices in USD for non-European markets upon agreement.

We deliver worldwide. Our main areas of operation include:

If your country is not listed, contact us — we likely can arrange delivery to your destination.

• Sea freight: FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less than Container Load)
• Road transport: FTL (Full Truck Load) and LTL (Less than Truck Load) across Europe
• Air freight: for urgent or small-volume shipments
• Railway: bulk delivery to remote regions (Central Asia, etc.)

We handle all customs documentation and compliance requirements for the destination country.

We are flexible with Incoterms and commonly work with:

• EXW (Ex Works) — pickup from our warehouse
• FCA (Free Carrier) — delivery to a named carrier
• CIF / CIP — cost, insurance and freight to destination port
• DAP — delivered at place (door-to-door)

The preferred Incoterm is agreed upon during order negotiation depending on your logistics setup.

Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method:

• Europe (road): 3–7 business days
• Europe (sea): 7–14 days
• Middle East / Asia: 14–30 days by sea
• Air freight: 3–5 days worldwide

Order processing and warehouse handling typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.

Yes. PRIME SPIRITS SUPPLY SIA is a registered company in Latvia (VAT: LV40203681393) and operates in full compliance with EU regulations for wholesale alcohol trade, including excise and customs requirements. We can provide copies of relevant licenses and certificates upon request.

Yes. We prepare and provide all necessary export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, health certificates, and excise movement documents (e-AD/EMCS). For import-side documentation requirements, we work closely with our clients to ensure smooth customs clearance at destination.

Yes. We provide excise and customs bonded warehouse services, including product consolidation, re-labeling, and repacking. This allows our clients to store goods without paying excise duty until the products are released for distribution in the destination market.
